Most people see dandelions in their yard and see only annoying and frustrating weeds that just keep multiplying by the thousands (millions maybe??). I use to be in that group! And while I do still enjoy a nice green lawn, I am learning that they are worth so much more than a therapy session of plucking them on by one, making a wish, or a princess crown. The other day Nora and I made popsicles together for the first time. I like to start my morning with a routine that sets the tone for the rest of my day. Part of that routine is drinking a cup of tea to fuel my body with essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. In the winter months, this is especially helpful to add an armor of protection against all the bugs and viruses that come our way in Minnesota. I am not a huge fan of conventional tea however (not for a lack of trying though), so I drink a DIY “tea” that still has many (if not more) health benefits, and it’s one I enjoy drinking!
